What can be said of this cow and her pedigree. Any pics of her.  I noticed she doesn't have the traditional whr breeding. I'm not familiar with the Deer trail cattle either?  *x3987718

Breed her to cherry par and get rid of some defects and potential defects.

Back in her pedigree is Deer Trail Goliath. We used two sons of this bull, one Deer Trail Private eye my dad bought from Grathwohls out of the pens in Denver in 1985. I really wish we had collected this bull. We actually have an embryo coming from one of his daughters this year. We replaced Private Eye with another Goliath son, Cactus Flat Winner 4W, a bull that left us some great replacement females. You will see another Goliath son showing up in the background of some of the Muridale cattle, Muridale Coyote 15T.
On the bottom side of R754 you will find Bonanza. His sire was ahalf blood sired by one of the old Chianina bulls. As well in the background is a WAUKRU HTR MAINE7104. Although only registered as ahalf blood I beleive she was by a Maine bull but born before Maine's were recogonized by the ASA as 3/4 bloods.

back in the pedigree is Cherry Duke 63 5, a grandson of Par Defender, too far back to be linebreeding though!

What do you mean she doesn't have the traditional WHR breeding? Perhaps you are talking about all the stuff way back in the breeding which honestly i have really no clue about.

*She is out of his 3D Cow family with her dam showing 49 registered progeny she was 1991 Junior National Grand Champion Female. Dam of WR4 Demi D, Junior National Champion Female for Ashley Parker, WR4 Delila D, Denver Champion for Catherine Williams, as well as many other notable progeny. He dam is one WHR's most successful donors.

*So as you saying the bull is none traditional because i see them using many different bulls throughout the 90's from Cunia,  Rodeo Drive,DeerPark Improver to Cf Trump.
DEER TRAIL T-BONE 450 has all the usual suspects in his breeding lets see hes got AF DIVIDEND'S IMPACT, DEERPARK IMPROVER 2ND, with a few more DeerPark cattle on both sides. Seems pretty traditional to me. DEER TRAIL T-BONE 450  is a well known sire within the show circuit having sired many champions. Deer Trail shorthorns has been around since the late 70s and continue to breed shorthorns today http://www.dtrcattleco.com/

But then again most of my WHR knowledge doesn't go back past the 90s and i dont want to go through the semantics that is WHR bloodlines.
I have posted a picture of WR4 DIANE D 7R54'a dam and a full sister shown by V8 shorthorns. I have also posted a group of 7r54 daughters by Controller. I also posted what i believe to be one of the best 7r54 daughter i have seen WHR BLB DIANE D 5N15 ET and her progeny.
