Well, the two I've "always wanted to see" and finally got to are the Eagles and Jimmy Buffett.  The Eagles put on a great show - for pure music, I'd rate it as my favorite.  Buffett was a great show too, but just as cool is the experience - go early and hang out with the Parrotheads, it's something to see, and a whole lot of fun.  Last spring in Frisco, TX was my first Buffett show, prob'ly won't be my last though.

Now my "gotta see" concert is Cross Canadian Ragweed - I know they play alot of shows, many of them not too far away from here, but it just never seems to work out.  I'll make it one of these days, though.

The one that's gone that I really wish I could've seen is Stevie Ray Vaughan...

Cross Canadian Ragweed is good, one of the times I saw them was at Poor David's Pub in Dallas. Really small, maybe 200 people. Cool vibe in that small of a bar.

Pot county pork and bean band was from the Manhattan Ks area. They were a local deal that was popular in say the late 70's and 80's maybe. They had a few records out. They were kind of outlaw country rock type of deal.

My "music-pa-looza" dream concert day would be as follows (its a whole mix get ready)

Blake Shelton (one of the best concerts I've seen)
Trace Atkins (met him backstage...what a dream of a guy)
ACDC
Beastie Boys
KISS- in make up (seen them in 1990 and what I remember it was great!)
Led Zepplin (seen Robert Plant and Joan jett in 1989 wow what a first concert)
Brooks and Dunn (seen them 4 times always a good show)
and don't laugh to hard on my last
Barry Mannilow- seen him and wow what an entertaining show you can sing along with

OH wow Red reminded me B-52's I love them too!

AJ, the Pott County Pork & Bean Band used to rock the Belvue Gyem every Saturday night.  I was not quite old enough during their hey day to go but plenty of people did.   I don't  think they played at Stampede because they've been disbanded for so many years. Seems like they did that after one of the members was killed in a car accident.  Another member died just last year - cancer.  Still yet another member is our neighbor and a darn good one at that.

Country Stampede - although multiple artists each with their own shows .. still I'd say this is one thing you have to go to at least once in your life.

CHER -  yea yea..

Alabama in the early days.
