We have an Open Feeder Calf Show at the Van Wert (Ohio) County Fairgrounds on Saturday September 4.  Classes are determined by weight and calves must weigh between 300 and 650 lbs.  Out of state calves need health certificate.  Registration is from 8-11 am with weigh in immediately following till 12:30.  Cattle can come in Friday night as well.  Show starts at 4:00 or at end of Junior Fair show.  Entry fee is $25 per head.  We pay $400 for Champion Steer and $200 for Reserve.  Champion Heifer pays $350 and Reserve gets $175.  We also pay 3 places in class.  You can show from tent or out of your trailer.  Good wash rack available and White's Show Supply will be there.

The Ohio State Chi show follows immediately after the show and is open to registered stock from any state.

Thanks for the info. Is it during the fair or seperate from the fair?

It is during the Fair.  Junior Fair Beef show is prior to the Feeder Calf Show.
