Our annual feeder calf show will be Sept 3 at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds. There will be a Steer and Heifer show. They'll show by weights, generally broken into 3 classes; light, medium, and heavy. Calves must be registered between 8 and 11 am and then they weigh in between 11 and 12:30. Show will start after our Jr Fair show around 4:30. Calves must weigh between 300 and 650 lbs. Entry fee is $25 per head. We pay 3 places per class. Champions get heifer/$350 - steer/$400 and Reserve gets heifer/$175 - Steer $200.
Also have the Ohio State Chi show immediately following. Can enter for it day of show as well.
