Need a Shorthorn Heifer - He has found them thank you to all responders

I am looking for a Shorthorn Heifer for my brother. He had his picked out but the lady decided to keep her after she promised her to my brother. This has really upset my brother cause he had his heart set on her. So if anyone has a nice heifer out there my brother is alotted $1500 for his heifer. He is doing this through the Farm Service Agency with a youth loan.
