We bought the heifer but I believe the dam was a blue roan shorthorn cross cow. Not sure on the breeding there. We have only showed her at the county fair and she was division champion. She is now bred to an I-80 son.
We showed at the Missouri State Fair for the first time last year. We typically just show at WI State fair. Anyway...LOVED MO! Great tie out area, ok wash racks, easy entry and parking for livestock exhibitors. We stayed at the Best Western. About 3 miles down the road. Nice pool & morning...
The cow is a Pinzgauer so I will have to get her listed I know. I have Crimson Tide's Registration number, but I thought I had to buy a Certificate????
Does anyone know how to go about getting a Certificate on Crimson Tide to register his calves as Shorthorn Plus? I do not see the Certificates offered anywhere. Maybe I am missing something as the calves would only be 25%. Thanks for any information. I might be missing something........
