Have several of each brand and feel they perform equally well. I do prefer the black look of the Turbos. They are both made for the abuse of use we put them through.
It varies with the animal. Some get a pound or two and some get considerably more. But I always start to increase amounts as a show nears to 5 or more lbs. I just like the way most of them eat it and love the results. It really is a feed that you need to introduce and experiment with at home...
I prefer Kent Show Feeds. We build our own rations with Kent's Beef show blender and love the results. We also feed Winning Fill on the side with excellent results.
We have never used him on heifers but have bred him with success to cows. Birthweight wise he is a bull that breeds to the cow. If she has had a big one in the past the have some BW if they usually have little ones they are small. From other reports I have heard over the last couple years...
We have been doing it for several years. Females make awsome Replacements and the steers perform extremely well. This Bull Just sold in our Annual Bull Sale.

It's all in the Marketing. Just look at the way Lautner's advertise Heatwave. All the Champions are on one page and it says Sired by Heatwave or Clone's. They make no distinction so they guys selling them just do the same. I am not saying its wrong it is just how it is.
