I made a NON-LOWFAT dish this weekend.  Fudge brownies with pecans on vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce over the top !!!!  Yum yum Red,  Can you believe I haven't gained any of my weight back !!!  I still eat healthy during the week and eat bad stuff on the weekend !!!  So far it's working...
