Freddy, I agree with what you say, and I was not trying to predict anything from crossbreds, just answering the question posed on the calf's leg set in relation to the cow.

Jerbabber, the calf has a slightly straighter leg set than that of his mother. So, I would say the bull straightened him up a bit, but that's just one calf so it's a very small sample size.

This is a Hoo made Hoo bull calf X Naughty pine cow. Came easy, with a lot of bone. He's filling out nicely. So far very pleased with Hoo made Hoo, and plan on using him again. Pic is at three weeks old.  Hope to get some better pics soon.
