Is it possible to get 6 straws in one of the plastic tubes in a cane. I keep great records during breeding but went to thaw a unit this morning and there should only be 4 straws in the bottom and there are still 5. I am worried because its a heifer I am dealing with. I have checked all use...

I have the 60 also and make sure you have  spare always. One broke/wore out last year and I was sure glad I had another handy.

For as cheap as those are is it really worth the risk?

If she is that high of quality. and you want to try that much, you may find a calving ease embryo and hope she sticks that and see if her tract will mature after she calves.

No, not in my herd. Here are the BW of the cow that had the 106lb bull. She is by Grandmaster out of a cow that is a sister to Combustible's Mum. 78lb heifer by Jumpstart 100lb bull by I-80 87lb heifer by Upgrade Not sure of the pedigree of the one that had the 93 and I am not looking it up...

Only had 3, but all were unassisted at birth,106lb bull, 80lb bull, 93lb heifer. Love 2 of the 3. The heifer is in the keeper pen and is a top pick to be the best, the 106lb bull is being kept as the clean up bull. The other bull was sold with mom, not my favorite cow so did not really like her...

Not nice to peak our interest then only show the #s and not the "look". Photo please..

I thought he was a baldie, and cant really tell by the photo. So I guess I really didnt help much.
