You need a broad spectrum drug.  Two or three treatments of Nuflor and Metacam (anti-inflammatory, good for 3 days) will work well. I have little experience with Mycotil.  You have to be very careful against self injury= Medical Emergency.  Also it causes swelling at and below the injection site.
