We are going to AI my daughters show heifer at the end of this month or 1st part of next. I am wanting to know how long people let them sit before they show them. We tried to AI last years show heifer and we could never get her to take. I have been told anywhere from 5 days up to 2 months. Help...

What are things I can add to my daughters steer and heifers grain to keep them eatting. Our weather here has been back in forth with warm to darn right cold and they eat there grain just not as much when it was warmer out and I need to keep them going and filled out.

My daughter has a Angus steer we are feeding for her to show and I need ideas as to how to fill him out better. He weights about 750-800lbs and he just isn't filled out in his hips. He gets about 15lbs of show grain in the morning with 10lbs of cooked corn total 25lbs and then the same at night...
