    New to Selling Bulls

I agree with all the other posts above that you need to get established. I have not sold any bulls but I do sell a lot of replacement heifers and the first few years were kinda rough like said above. But now I have people calling all year long some repeat customers and a lot of word of mouth. I...

    Calf not nursing back quarters

Hi all we had a calf Monday and he seems to be doing good. Cow is always full of milk but I don't think he has touched the back teats she is super tight. Should I try milking her out in the back or just let nature take it course? Thanks

    Trailer tires

If you run heavy and fast in hot weather I would go 14 ply. I have had trouble with 10 in the past but never any with 14.

    Trailer brake controller

Max brake is the best imo but they are expensive. It all depends on how heavy what kind of roads and how often you use it. But the ones you get at tractor supply or Walmart will work just not as smooth and take more adjusting

    Hauling a bred cow

I would say she will be just fine.  I have hauled cows deeper bred than that and never had any problems I would rather not haul them but it always seem to work where we have to.

    Stock trailer floor

So I need to replace the floor in my stock trailer. What is the best wood to use. There is no sawmills close to me so I am kinda limited. Would just 2x10's work from homedepo.  I know a lot of people use oak or pine but I'm having a hard time finding it
