We are going to be selling our equipment (show chute, fan cage, tack box........)  how much do most people sell there used stuff for.  We don't want to over price or under price.  Thanks

When we had ewes we used Raising sheep the Modern way  It had a lot of good general info and  info on lambing also.

I would suggest finding someone in your area who is good at clipping and watch them and have them watch you so they can give you tips.  Your idea on clipping non show cattle is great because then it doesn't matter if you screw them up. As far as used equipment ask around in your area many times...

What does she weigh?  It looks like your from Fresno?  When was the last time you weighed before and rate of gain?  It was very hot a week ago and that will effect the way they eat? 

At some shows it can not be avoided and the breeder may not even know a calf will be there with how much they get resold, I feel though if they know they are judging at a fair they should try to avoid selling a calf for that show, or if they know have a calf at a show they should turn down...

I would of told them if they wanted to get it reg. that they would now need to pay all cost  (including your membership).

we use it (well showmaster) which merged with sunglo, our steers always eat it good and have good gain.
