I put a few straws of Burwell in my tank, now to get it in some females.

I wonder how Burwell world work on Daddy’s Money daughters. I just looked him up and he didn’t have any calves registered out of him last year. Seems kinda odd.

So I just purchased a red angus heifer that is super soft with good bold rib shape. I have two units left on this old bull and will likely flush her this way this spring. I remembered a few Shakedown x Simmy cows from back in the mid 90s that were pretty dang productive cows. I’ve been waiting...

I can’t believe that there would be much demand for it anymore. Lots of younger proven bulls to choose from that will do as good if not better for you.

I’m trying to find a picture of this Maine bull. I’m intrigued by some of these mid 90’s bulls. I remember seeing quite a few good cows out of Maine bulls in that era. Thanks for any help.
