Your Ali heifer sounds alot like ours. We have a 50% Ali heifer pretty tight, so we decided to go with GJ and the result turned out really good I think.  She calved a 68 lb heifer without a hitch. The picture i attached for ya is her heifer calve, hopefully this will help ya in your decision.

Here is are Gigolo Joe heifer calve out of a first time Ali heifer. She's came out at 68 pounds with out a problem and now this is what she looks like at a month old!! I want to get some better pics when we turn them out to pasture if it ever dries up!! (thumbsup)

Yeah i used him this year on my Ali Heifer.  Got a real nice heifer calve out of him.  I'll try to take some pics this weekend and get them posted for you.
