How are the calves looking?  Been seeing some good ones on Lautners blog.  Bw's?  What is he working on?  Ive put a few straws in some big pb angus to get an idea on how to use him for next year.  Anyone tried him on some maine/simmi crosses?

Have had great luck w/ the 5 day protocol ai'ing a few local herds for people.  I just put estrotects on my group and breed 12hrs after natural heat w a gomer.

Any update on how the calves are grading out?

I have not had anything big.  70 to 80.  Born unassisted.  I have not bred him on any clubby genetic cows, just some pb angus and maine/angus dams.

I'm going to be trying some Heads Up 20x this spring on a few.  He has had some high sellers.

Nice heifer.  I like my General Lee's.  They nurse quick, are hairy, and grow fast.

I've used Comrade from select sires on clubby first calf heifers and have not had to pull one.  I usually don't know they have calved until I check them in the mornings and the calf is up running around.  He has good CED's and a good YW.

I heard some of the walks on water didn't have much hair.  I have a good Walk This Way bull calf.  Fu Man Chu's have started doing some winning.  Nun Better looks like he may work along w/ one in the chamber from Semex's catalog. 

No problem.  I bred everything on 12hrs after natural standing heats, a few a little longer.  I always hear a little later is better than too early.

I was 4 for 4 on MAB clone this year and 1 for 1 on Monopoly 5.  I hope this helps some.  MAB'S look good.  I had 1 original last year and I dont see a difference yet.
