I looked at the draft of the Iowa Royal Catalog.  There is a lot of really outstanding bulls and heifers selling.  Also a nice flush from Gilman's Sonny cow.  A number of good embryos from Cory Schrag,Wayne Temple and Fred Ripberger.  This might be the best offering from Top to bottom in a while.

His registration # is 4174230. No trump for the last 5 or 6 generations.

You are right Mark, the Waco bull goes back to Mickey.  Mickey gave us some really good females.  We have a few in our small herd, wish we had more.  They milk really good,and  keep their flesh. Still don't know how to market this Waco bull.  Open to ideas.

Not sure what to do.  Thinking about selling him, but where, when and how?

Attached is a picture of our April 26th Waco bull calf out of a Marquis 86G cow.  We caught him, washed him, trimmed him and then took a picture of him.  Those Waco's are so quite he almost put his only halter on. What our your thoughts on him?

Doc    What  happens when you buy some old semen that has not been DNA.  Does the buyer have to send a straw of semen to have it DNA or does the seller have the responsibility to have it DNA?  If the buyer has to have it DNA that could increase the cost of the semen.
