Title says it all. I'm looking for a clubby breeding heifer(chi, maintainer, simangus, etc...). She MUST be able to get papers of some kind because we don't show mkt heifers down here. I would prefer a spring born, but would be interested in anything still young enough to show this fall season...

A calf won't drink too much sprite on it's own to harm itself, but if you over pump one that's a different story.

Prime example is the steer that won the American Royal this year. It was shown by Goretska and it traded hands a few times before it got to him, but it was first purchased in a sale in Kansas from a small unheard of breeder for $2,200.

It should do it, but I personally HATE to pull anything with a gas truck. Diesel is the only way to go IMO

You can get it at walmart, walgreens, cvs, etc... It's not a shaving cream it's a pre-shave, it's in a green bottle, and it'll be on the same aisle as the shaving cream.

I prefer/recommend going non stop. The less their on a trailer the better they'll do, and with it being as hot as it is I wouldn't want to leave them on a trailer over night. I would bust up a bale of hay for them, and put a few buckets of water in when you stop for fuel and then pull them back...

I love Prime Time. If the calf has good enough leg hair I prefer to use it and then hit it once with some Tail Adhesive after I've clipped it just to hold it all together. Clipping through Prime Time is much easier than clipping through Tail Adhesive because it doesn't gum up your blades as bad.

In Texas you've got Steve Bonham, Tony Austin, Dave Allen, Bill Cody, Dan Sullivan, and Mark Copus. Their certainly not the only people that raise good show cattle in Texas, but that's where I'd start.

Haha I'm not that bad of a neighbor I promise lol. I probably would've got pissed off and fixed the fence myself, but I'm surrounded by trees so I don't have to worry about neighbors too much

I'm not talking in terms of cleanliness. He is clean fronted for a simangus, but he is heavy fronted and it makes him look like he doesn't have much of a neck.

Possession is 9/10 of the law  ;D I personally would have taken him to the sale barn the 3rd time. If you don't want to do that though I would just load him up and drive 20 or 30 miles and kick him out. When your neighbor comes asking just tell him you haven't seen him.

Give em a few days and they'll warm up to him. I wouldn't worry much about it.
