Thanks everyone of the advice. I have an Alias, I am Legend, and a shorthorn  heifer and I was wandering what to breed them to. I have an Angus bull picked out but I would like to try and get a purebred for the shorthorn and was wandering how he was working on clubbies.

Has anyone done this and how did it work? How easy did they come?

I would not use Networth on heifers.

Definatly shear her. But I don't know where your at but last year I sheared one a week earlier than the rest of mine and that one week made a difference and she started to get dead hair just like what Cattledog was saying. I ususally do mine in the middle of March also.
