Here is my beef project for 2011... A purebred shorthorn steer--- he's outa one of our best cows.... what do you think??? My steer and heifer are full sibs (e.t.). Do not have a picture of her topline yet, but it is amazing, just like her mom. Check out HC Fairest Faye 25L (dam) on our website...

Elsie's Jade is the reason that I wanted to shift our focus back to purebred Shorthorns. Her dam was a amazing cow and Lil Hilltop has her last natural calf, a heifer born in April of 2009. Too bad she is black!!! She is bred to Mist's return to calve late Feb. We are keeping our fingers...
