it's a santa gertrudis so we don't expect it to be a huge calf, but we might haul her to our vet tomorrow and have him check her.

After a thread that was posted on here a couple weeks ago talking about calves coming fairly early has me worried that my cow is 1 week overdue from the AI date and hasn't calved. Is it really anything to worry about? We don't have a herd bull either. Thanks Michael M

As stated a hoof trimming will do him some good, but he's dang stout and and deep. I still like him a lot, wouldve worked out better if he would've come out cherrry red and class gert  ;) lol jk

YEs she will be shown at our state and national shows, and we have shows around here that still recognize them as a breed and she will go to them this year, thanks for all the compliments  ;)

With her being a 3/4 gert we want as little white as possible because when you breed her to a fulll blood gert the calves are 7/8 gert and can be registered as full bloods. Thank yall for the feedback!
