Are talking the spray foam?  It is very effective, but very expensive.  You can buy sheets of insulated foam.

Yep craigslist is a good source.  Also make sure you use plenty of insulation.  The best is the foam it is more expensive, but worth it.  A 20 x 40 is a large  room.

Yeah, it cracks me up to see him driving a cherokee, he must not work a ton of cattle.  I just don't see how you could get away with not having a vet bed if you run a lot of cattle.

Thought it gives a pretty good representation of being a vet.  Pretty funny guy.
