I think I have some.  I have tried him on normal good cows but he needs to be bred to a Small rhino cow to work.  I would probably sell some if I do.  I bought 60 way back.

Yes it is expired. You should return it. The problem with that feed is that if not enough people are using it, then there is not enough volume moving and it will never likely be fresh.  A good product but one of the core feeds like Fitters edge would be better in your area.
