I think the best way to market calves right now if you only have a few is on Steerplanet Classifides.  No doubt I have looked at calves and bought some on here that I would have never known about otherwise.  Plus it's free.

Look on Craigslist.  There is one two sided and two single sides boyd built used feeders in hilsboro.  Search in Dallas area or Waco.

I've used some in the past and would not recommend it.  Structure problems even on non clubby cows.

From what I've seen I would use Harwood 209.  Not easy to get maybe but very nice females.

don't use a tractor.  Take her to a small show and odds are, she'll be a little nervous and want to go where you are.  Give her some time but don't get rough.  We use to make that mistake also.

Don't like them much.  Support peices at front of calf's legs get in the way.  Aren't good unless calves are very gentle and then you don't really need a chute at all in my opinion.

Someone made a good decision.  I saw this calf and he was very nice and very complete.
