Mossy Oak x Angus cow what to breed maternally?

I'll get a better picture but she is deep, soggy, sound, has clicked well with Heatwave but I want a heifer. I was thinking SimAngus to balance her out a bit. I have W/C United in tank, Top Ten http://www.accelgen.com/catalog/semen-beef/014sm03082/english/lrs-top-ten-104a/ Haven't played much...

Double Black Clubby or Simmental Bull

Yes I was talking sheriff taylor. I love the calves. They grow way better than epds say they do and they actually beat out Upgrades and some club kings few years ago when we used 10-12 of each bull. I don't know why the link does that sometime!

    can't register calves

That short end of the deal is why a lot of people come here. If someone would have taken care of business the OP would never had to tell us. In a way I am very disapointed to hear this as I have been trying to buy some eggs. Now I know to stay away from some people and to do some research and...

    Merial "Long Range" wormer

Did all calves and most the cows last year. Had one pinkeye is all on a p*SS poor doer calf. Most years a few. Really changed our hard doing cows I feel. Won't use cydectin again for worming and fly control. For sure will use long range but it is expensive but I feel it was worth it. Sold...

To induce or not to induce.....

Good luck Limiman! Our biggest problems have been doppy calves when we induce. Don't know if it's drugs or if it is calf was in to long or whatever. Had some colostrum REPLACER around and watch close for 48 hours!

    polled animals

Dairy cattle yes there are polled lines. Have used a bunch of Lawn boy. And yes we dehorn. I'd say it is more important in dairy cattle as we handle them 2 or 3 or 4 times a day. Tomorrow I'll get you a link to couple of polled dairy breeders.
