I've tried him on several different types and he seems to work well on just about anything.  I really like him on AAY daughters.  Also has worked well on some pretty heavy Chi influenced females, Maine females as well.  Maybe I'm just caught up in fandom, but he just seems to be very consistent...

Near as I can figure he would be about a half angus.  The Coach bull is registered as a 50%,  his dam looks to be just around that as well.

Probably not the best choice for heifers.  Used him a couple years ago on some,  had to help a couple, not that heavy a calves but they are usually pretty chunky made.  Its that square peg- round hole thing more than the weight IMHO.
