day 25 after AI replacement Heifer in standing heat.

Thanks for your replies, I ended up breeding her last night. I gave her a cysterilin the first time I bred her. This time I didn't because I forgot, BUT its good to know that its common because normally I breed them and turn the bull in and don't worry about it. This year my pasture isn't quite...

I Ai'd a replacement heifer on May 3rd, she is in standing heat today, I bred her on a natural heat, I know she has had cycled at least twice before she was bred and they were all strong standing heats. I've never had one come in this late. Is this normal? Think she is bred/open? The only one...

    Lambs won't brace .....

I back all my show lambs into panel, be careful of the tail though, if it hasnt completely healed from banding it can cause it to bleed, then you have to deal with scabs and stuff... I also have backed them off the trailer too. Both work it just takes time and patience, some lambs I've basically...

    Breeding Help

I have a couple of monopolys and I'm going with Rumor Mill. I contacted Pat Wolfe (one of the owners)  and it sounds he is working really good. But I also think direct whiskey and I80 or I67 (I80 short on supplies) would do the trick! good luck!

    springsteen

I really liked him in the yards in Denver, I thought he balanced up real well and was an overall really complete bull. He was a little bigger framed than most of the bulls and I think he will add that to his offspring.

    Cattle Apps (iphone, android)

We have tried the cattlemax this year, I guess my only problem is loading it out in the field. 9 times out of 10 we dont have good enough service and it takes forever to load everything. So what we have been doing is writing everything down and then at night putting it into the computer... I...
