With calf prices the way they are that $5 dollar dairy bull might throw you a $1500 calf at the sale barn next fall.  (lol) I really like the bull and as I said in an earlier post I was going to use him but I agree there are bulls out there for less money that will probably do me just as good...

We were making our list to order and Eye Candy WAS on it but now at $50 I don't know we may buy more on another bull or try something else.

It's worth about $10 a unit. I'll pm you with my address.  (lol) They just sold some on Breeders World for $400. I'd say 4 to 5 hundred should be in the ball park. (thumbsup)

Who said we are selling them? As far as I DON"T CARE I care more for protecting a 70 lb kid from taking a chance of getting hurt if the calf spooks in the show ring or acts up in the chute and ends up turning the chute over on top of the kid.

We have used Ace for many years. Start out with a small dose ( no more than 2 cc you can always give more). We have had 500 lb. calves 10cc wouldn't slow them down and 1200 lb calves that 2cc would put them to sleep.

I know this is going to run over the top of my boots but, why was the "cut the BS or what ever thread deleted and why can a person change their screen name every time the wind blows out of SD's flying machine? ??? I will duck and pray now. Thankyou for listening to me vent. ;D

IT looks like most of these people have had little experience with breaking calves, DOS-SUN had some good advise ,not trying to be smart but I would NEVER use a donkey ,pooor disposition for this job....A BURRO is what the TEXANS always use and my dad saw this 50 some years ago . Quote from...

I am excited about all of them. It's my Christmas! But the two I'm most excited about is  Bojo bred to a half sister to Habanero and Bojo bred to a full sister to Leroy Brown.
