They come small and vigorous. Once they are on the ground they just bloom more and more the older they get. Good cattle. He is also TH and PHA free.

Just had a killer Direct Whiskey out of a monopoly first calf heifer! Came easy at 65 lbs. Direct Whiskey is working for us. DW just had reserve supreme heifer at OYE a few weeks ago.

I know this was a topic before but it kinda got side tracked. Now that calving is underway which bulls calves are you liking best BIM or Walks Alone?

You will definitely want it longer than 10ft. You want to make sure you have plenty of room to walk behind the cattle.

We do the same with ours. Tied standing for a hour or so in the AM then tied down then up for an hour or so before we turn out. I used to work for a place that had pens in the cooler. Like you said you have to clean alot more bedding. We ended up just leaving them tied in the pens, it also helps...

Pretty sure it not what "leanbeef" said. A lot of people believe if they clip them they will shuck their hair. A lot of the traders down south won't buy them if they are clipped, due to they are afraid they will shuck and out and they won't be able to sell them.
