FYI.  Iowa State students graduate with some of the highest student debt in the nation. The administration knows this and are trying to change it, but it probably won't happen in the near future.  Starting out with high student debt is something to avoid.

My brother was a deere mechanic and according to him Deere was using Kubota engines for a time.  I am sure that has changed.  For the money I would  buy a Kubota, but we have several dealers very close.

Get a tank with the longest holding time possible.  I agree, you can never go too big.

A typical 60 day open cycle is what I use.

No harm to shipper, dump it and add to your LN2 stock.  NCG deals with this a lot mostly from the embryo centers that use them for shipments. Those who know, know.

I am not sure how much corn is grown around Wellston, but wow, that is a lot of cash.  15-20 here for a 1000 rolled bale.  Stalks are great supplement to alfalfa, but work better in a TMR.  Agree with CAB, don't hold them over.

My guess is this is not the cow or the weather.  This is a problem with embryo recovery.  Diluent problem. cold temps after recovery, etc. 

How soon after planting before you will turn out cattle?
