We usually see an increase in gain within a week. Be sure to watch his feed consumption and increase it if he cleans everything up. I like to see just a handful of feed left over.  If he is still a slow eater but cleans it up don't worry. Sometimes if you pull the feed out after 30 mins or so...

He's not gonna be a big steer by the pics  I would implant him and weigh again in 3 weeks and see how he's doing.  Good luck.

Are you looking for a general use trailer or one for show animals? We have a 24 ft Featherlite as far as trailer integrity i can't complain a bit.

What was his last weight? Try and figure out his ADG and will tell you where he's gonna end up at.  Also consider implanting him. We've had calves put on 5-6 lbs a day after inmplanting.

My guess he is a herd bull. call/ text the consignor and ask.
