Also insulating the roof will be one of the best things you could do.

If you can design it to reduce or get rid of as much of the alley as possible, unless you need it to get throught the barn to pastures or something, alley seem to make for a lot of wasted space.  With a 4-6' alley your pens could be that much bigger.

Put some baby powder or corn starch on it to soak up the gel/oil then wash it out later.

Even though I'm not a hereford person per se,  I've always like the S109 bull, the females I've seen pictures of by him were impressive.  Full Throttle also intrigues me as well.

No states that I know of allow junior cattle from another state show in their state fairs / major shows so why should Texas?

Seems like there is/was a product similar to this out a few years ago, remember seeing it in Louisville but could have been a personal deal for a few people and not out on the market.

For me Hamm's has the best blowers, if you want a half chute I'd go with the one showstopper by vittetoe makes.  The fans and boxes are about the same to me no matter where they come from.  I like the stalling that Supreme sells, Sullivan's fan and blower carts are pretty nice.

Would this show be geared towards fall borns or spring borns?  That would limit the cattle that came and depending on the time of the year give one set an advantage of the other unless a weight limit is set.  As far as how far people will travel, if you pay it they will come.

When you go back to pick up your bulls, please do us all a favor and take pictures of the club calf sires and other prominent bulls that are there and post them on here.  That would be a great help to those of us who aren't able to go look in person and don't like trying to figure out the...
