    2015 calves we have had

Thanks Mark. I agree. The monopoly heifer is really geared to become a market heifer but I love the cow side of her. Her mother is steel whiskey which is a steel force x Irish whiskeys mother. The maximus heifer I agree with bovine on. I love her. Her mother is a old 13-14 year old Angus. cow I...

    neck sweat

How long does it take on average to shrink one? I know everyone's different but on average would you say A week two weeks a month? It will be going on a charolais heifer. 2nd is it better to put it on them in the daytime when its the hottest or of a night so they're hot for the full 24 hrs a day?

    Bullicious calves?

Bump... Everytime I see a daughter off his, I really like them. I wanted to know what kind of experience people has had with them. I figure there has been more born in the southwest than anywhere else. I live in the northeast and have yet to see one in person, just videos. Thanks for any info

    Showing registered vs nonregisterable cattle?

Thats not quite was I was meaning about the shows doing a DNA Test. I was meaning if you have a solid red Monopoly heifer, as long as you do not put it as a Frozen Embryo, you can register her as a purebred shorhorn and get away with it. or an i80 x angus thats polled and solid black, it isnt...

    Showing registered vs nonregisterable cattle?

Where I come from, it is much easier and you get more of a fair shot showing unregistered animals. When showing registered animals, it seems 5 out of 10 people will register a Jan calf as an April. not every breed requires DNA, so it really isn't that hard to show a crossbred as a registered...

simple math and long time coming

first off let me ask, has anyone had trouble with Simple Math conception? I bred 4 different cows to him last year multiple times and resulted in zero calves. I went 67% on the rest of my herd and 18 cows for other people so I ruled out that it was me, considering i bred them multiple times you...
