Here's our MB bull calf, out of a Heat Wave cow. She is a flushmate to Eye Of The Storm. That's our Dirty Harry 2 calf behind him.

This is the frist time I have ever seen this color ever.

The top and the bottom of the Iris. Her eyes are normal looking, just the light blue cast. I will see if it shows up in a picture (if I can get close enough with a camera) she is a pistol, and can defiantly see very well! The first time I really noticed it, I thought she was partially blind...

If I can get close enough to the little snot, it should show up. It isn't pink eye for sure. We have dealt with that before. Interesting that Kanshow has seen a similar thing, and it was in Simmis. This little gal is 3/4 Simmi. Thanks for all the input!!

Not in this case. The Mother is a first calf heifer purchased at The North Central Simmental sale last November. She is a LMS Perfect DreamX 4181 (commercial) Heat Seeker Her heifer calf is out of Ever Ready. She has been fed the same as all of our other breds. The eye color is very noticable...

Have any of you had calves with a light blue cast in the Iris? It's not the whole Iris, but when you look at our Simi heifer, you can see light blue on the top, and bottom. She is three weeks old, defiantly not blind, not Cataracts, just blue color. Very odd. Never have seen this before. Just...

We have a cow that is a flush mate to Eye Of The Storm. She had a Mercedes Benz bull calf on March 9th. I will post some pictures of him when things dry out a bit here. Really like the calf allot.  Chrome, and bone!

We got a Mercedes Benz/Heat Wave bull calf that looks pretty similar. Ours looks like he might be a dark smoke, with chrome. Very happy with him. We will use him again for sure. Very nice pair by the way!

We got our Walks On Water calf last night. Born unassisted out of a Who Made Who/Meyer 734 cow. Momma is pretty protective. I will get pictures in a few days. Bull calf, I would guess around 85lbs. He's a pistol. Up and tearing around within 15 minutes.

Ours was 90+ lbs. I would not use him on a heifer.

We have one due the 20th of this month, out of a cow we bought at The Dakota Classic this year from Swanson farms. She is a WMW/Meyer 734. Could be interesting!

Nice calves!! Really like that Rainmaker!! (clapping)  And the grass! Been a long, hard winter!

The steer in my Avatar is a Monopoly. We love the consistency of his calves. Not a one of ours has been crippled, or have been "jacked" out. He is # 1 in our books!
