It is sad because theres so much money wasted on red tape, just getting programs implemented.  Theres government jobs that aren't needed.  No child left behind, i feel for the disadvantaged kids, but that program has put a huge burnden on school systems.

Exactly, i'm with you.  I live in a small ranching community.  400 people in a 1000 square miles, 10 kids per class in high school.  It is extremely hard to find a family in this community that does not have someone working for the school as an aid, teacher, janitor, be a county commisssioner...

i've used pour on ivomec later in dec. or jan. and it definitely made them shed hair.  Right now might not be so bad where there puttin on a winter coat.
