Doesn't Chi=Registered crossbred? A local clubby breeder once told me, "All you need to register as a Chi is take a straw of Chi semen, wave it over your semen tank, then anything in the tank can be registered Chi." From what few PB Chi's I've seen, I wouldnt want to use them on the clubby side. JMO

Schaff(SAV), Bill Conley(BC), both have bulls for any use. Have seen some nice Final Answer, Net Worth, Bismark, Marathon, Lookout, Matrix, Raven, Bando 1961 calves. Just watch your accuracy % on your EPD's.

From what I've seen, the calves won't be real powerful, but really cleans them up. I've seen a lot of pretty fronted calves out of him. I think he's a better heifer maker than steer. JMO

Sorry to hear this show is not on anymore. I have a good friend that shows in that county and at that show that will be disappointed. If the county is like ours they are cutting budgets and the fair is getting a budget cut. Possibly why they're looking for more $$$? Our county fair board is also...

We've used Fast Fat for several years. I have never used it on a beef steer. We always put it in the feed for the 4-H dairy calf feeder project. Seems to work. Make sure you watch the amounts you feed. I do not like feeding dairy calves but my oldest refuses to show pigs so he does this for...
