They were hair samples - If they were bad - why didn't they just say so - In the first place - Instead of taking 4 months - to get around to the same results. Plus they have some results of the tests - just not all of them. So the samples couldn't have been completely ruined / bad / etc.

They have been the worst business to work with. Its taken 4 months to get results -  I need to resubmit the 3 samples for retesting.  What kind of excuse is that ?
