mark h -- your bull criteria is just weight , some one else can worry about producing you another one ,,,,Do you know that they do sell a lot of cattle by the head also , not just by the lb......    Some of the smaller breeder's can make a niche market work better for them.... ALSO at the sale...

I agree with the Davidsonranch  on the yeast program, I got started on a product called MANNA E because of extreme bloating problems many years ago and it really made life a lot more fun .....It cost's a little more probably but is cheap compared to problems I had before ....

THE key word  is deciding which sires or breed you want to use .....CLUBBY'S have these type cows too, Carnac cow's have sure done this for me as well as one of his son's ....Their are some ANGUS blood lines worst than most clubby's ........

With that being said these two reputable breeders should be getting this taken care of immediately , looks like a lot of dirty water in this lake of problems ....

We have checked quite a few Char and Angus and some X Bred bulls, maturity and feeding to good are two of worse culprits to  not testing ....Some Angus bulls are ruined from feeding to hard , on the other side if they are slow maturing it will also cause them not to pass ....No expert but sure...

In our country and my opinion there is better ways ,young females like that just don't quite have the power to give you for what I expect out of a recipient cow .....
