You know it is sure nice to blame the show ring for all our problems....MONEY is the problem and people follow where it is or think it is ....  ONE also thing to look at in last 40-50- years cattle have went from 5 frame to 8 frame and dropping fast ........the other way ....

I CAN  THINK OF THREE COMMERCIAL BREEDERS in our area that 10-15 years ago had Herford or Saler base cow herds and now are selling Angus bulls for more than registered breeders and no dues to pay, no registrations and no testing unless they want to ....  Also with the ANGUS  no whole herd...

I  remember the early day's of polled Herefords ,they were bad ,kind of like the black Charolais ..... But the POLLED HEREFORD'S had something to offer that the horn's didn't have ....  The red ANGUS would be crazy to bring the mixed up bloodlines and genetic defects of the BLACK'S into their...

The reason black angus have these genes is from the HOLSTEIN they added ....If RED ANGUS stays away from black angus  genetics in last 40 years probably won't have any trouble ...

The extra limbs has already been claimed by Black Angus, bad thing about it is , 70 % of those affected by this disorder are aborted .....

IF YOUR in this business or almost any transaction you should use SIZZLER 14  rule of thumb every time .....Also don't have them give you  a check dated ahead of time because they are no good ....

Need special thick cow to breed to I-80 IMO....    I have never seen him but look's like he don't have enough to him ....

JESSE JAMES has worked well on X -CHAROLAIS heifers for us as far as clubby .....We use various Charolais bulls and don't have any problems calving them ....I'M NOT  SURE IF Hobart is a calving ease bull but I sure like his breeding ....BC LOOKOUT  is a very good choice for females  and a good...

Now that you mentioned the PLAYBOY bunny's I remember that .....Jerry Litton was an amazing promoter and politician until the death of him and his family ....
