I think most people wean in between four and six months of age, its pretty common. Thats just what I've heard though. BTW nice heifer Zach, looks like she's going to be one to go on and compete then make that clubby donor for you down the road.

Oh man, thats pretty high for him right now from what I've heard. One and Only is one of two unproven bulls that I've ever thoguht about using. TH and PHA free HW son, with the look of a carrier. Definitely post pics of the calf when it comes. He'll be a rookie that I think's gonna make 'em good.

If she is very sound and correct I would go with Heat Wave or Sunseeker. Both will add bone (should). Monopoly probaly wont add as much bone, but definitely soften up the calf, add soundness, and put depth in the calf. Heat Wave or Sunseeker will add  more thickness/wont take any away, where as...

I think thats an awesome idea!!! We have a pretty decent speaker system at the IN State Fair, probaly better than most. But if they could put a LED board up at each end of the barn and maybe hang one in the middle I think it would help immensly with people getting to their classes on time.

Same here. They need at least 40 days post calving before you synch them or can expect to see a good solid heat out of them.
