Well if it's a steer or a heifer is your preference, you want a sound one, deep with lots of rib shape, good boned, I'm guessing you want lots of hair, square, good hip, wide, clean fronted with plenty of neck extension.

Well some of us live in Texas and down south where it gets up to 115 or higher...and when it's 80 outside it's gonna be a whole lot hotter in that insulated room when the cooler isn't working.
