I am currently in the process of restructuring our herd as well. We are culling all of the cows that have not been producing anything but salebarn calves and wont take an egg as of the last two years. We are also going to emphasize more on our donor program than we have in the past my ideal goal...

Taking an april Maintainer heifer and a August shorthorn heifer we sold. Our bull has been sick and doesnt look so hot so he is staying home. Missed getting our best heifer entered she was young and didnt look the part at entry time but man she looks good now, seems like we always get the wrong...

Have 3 pairs of Anderson beans they are the best have a pair I wear almost everyday. One that I try and keep nice and a pair of ostriches for dress. They are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever had.

Kansas beef expo is definately not a no fit show its basically anything goes. Just like the rest of the shows in Kansas need to go back to but that's a whole different topic.
