Don't rule out those Limousin crosses. If the Simental guys could clean up the front end on their cattle, no reason Limis can't do the same. I think the half Limousin mamas are going to be a pretty hot thing here at MYT Farms.

Wow, I am getting a lot of new ideas here.

I will tell you about the one week we owned some chi cows. Big old calves, no guts or fat, and there wasn't a fence they couldn't jump. Chi's never did impress my much as mama cows.

We've got some old enough to vote but they ain't lookin very good. Gonna bring in some new blood this year.

Two more very useful suggestions. Actually, last year at fair I was pressed for time, so I grabbed some pink oil and my scotch comb and made one heck of a nice hair do. Mom was not impressed.  ;D

I reckon. Sort of discovered this one by accident. Oh, and the metal ones are very handy for cleaning finger nails.

Last night, I discovered a new use for my plastic scotch comb. I had to back some feed into the barn, and my driver side window was covered in ice. So, I flipped my comb over and used the flat side to scrape my winder clean. Worked pretty slick. Any other uses for these combs besides cattle?

Well I hope you didn't watch him walk to his display. Or, more, try to walk. He was terrible off those hind two. Didn't move very well in general because he was too tight.
