    Thoughts on a Bull...

Has he been tested? Can't tell a lot from your pics,He needs more spring of rib for me. I would have to see him walk also.If using for a strictly "clean up" bull he might be fine. What does he look like from behind?

Calving Ease for Dirty Hairy and Rocky Balboa

Both are good bulls with relative calving ease. IMO use Total Soluton, sleep at night, and have very saleable calves or really good replacements.

    Sept.Heat WavexHerf, back on market

    Shake and bake bull

Shake is another bull that has flown under the radar. Some of you youngun"s will learn that sometimes bulls don't get mentioned much because for the first coupla years they are being used by folks that might say the calves are out of something other than what they are really out of,or they won't...

best bull to breed to second calvers for show steers?

A lot depends. That question is way to broad. What kind of cow? What's the breeding? What size are they? How much depth do they have? What about feet and legs.Any idea what possible calving problems might derive from the cow family? Are they long spined or short? These are a few questions you...

    What To Breed her too?

First of all, good lookin heifer.I still would also question how you can show a 3/8 ths Simmy as a low prcentage Simmy at a show which they are supposed to be 50 percent Simmy? just curious. You have a lot of options, but I would flush her for maternal. But thats an old guys way of thinking.

Need fill on heifer for show this weekend

both products mentioned ARE GOOD PRODUCTS. However,if you need the flank dropped and more fill, you shoulda started about 30 days ago.On show day morning, ive her a half a flake of GOOD alfalfa. That will help some. Miracles usually take longer than a few days.
