im not 100% sure on this but i think dr who is a 3/8 maine which i think means you could register the heifer as a 1/4 maine. that would get you your maintainer papers i think.

way less than a third. ive heard they have around 800 heifer calves alone coming next year. and probably close to that many bulls unless they used alot of sexed semen on their flushes.
