I def recommend Dirty Harry and this year I am going to breed a couple to Thriller, out of Ali and a Heatwave cow, should be % Maine I would think.

be careful about inducing her, if she is paralyzed at all on the back end then she may not have enough control to push it out. Call your vet asap and be open minded to takin the calf out the side to be sure to get a live calf in case the cow were to die.

super easy coming out and grow real nice. highly recommend using him, especially for first calf heifers. Took our first one we had to IL beef expo and won our class in the SH+ show.

i strongly recommend willman calf puller. I used a stone until our neighbor lost his finger when the ratchet system broke. My vet told me that he wasn't the first one that it happened to. the willman is expensive but will last forever, our vet has had the same one for as long as i can remember.

we have had the best luck with cows between 5 and 8 years old. Our conception rate is better for some reason in that age range and the cows are still in their prime milking age, and we use mostly crossbreds for our recips.
