I'll vouch for RCR, he's a good guy- straight shooter and knows cattle.  Stu has plenty of connections in the Red Angus breed and could certainly find what you're looking for.

They do make good cows, but you have to sort on them a little.  Some get big (no, huge) and raw boned.  The good ones are very productive cows.

The good news is real Red Angus breeders will avoid this foolishness and stick to breeding cattle with functional traits.

you'd be wasting your money because the conventional straw of semen has about 15 times as many sperm cells (both X and Y) as the sexed straw.  The conventional straw would overwhelm the sexed straw just by shear number of cells.
