There is a type of paylean for cattle. But I know people who didn't check it out and fed regular pig paylean and killed their steers. So if your going to feed it make sure you get the cattle kind.

I use purple for AI calves and green for cleanup calves. I leave my ear tags in my heifers so when she's bred I don't have to tag them again. My steers are taged so when people come to look at them they can remember their numbers.

what I don't understand about the whole thing is that I have some mine cows and a lot of them are bred for maine tainers which don't have epd's anyway so why would I want to pay for them.
