No offense but that's the nature of the business.  People jump ships in any job all the time.  Yes it sucks but that is life.  If your Dream Job opened and was offered to you, wouldn't you take that opportunity?

Had one of my AI  groups of six last year that had 4 calves on the same day all within 90 minutes of each other.  Not the numbers you all are giving but found it very interesting.
